The core of who we are is our professional staff. They’re not just ABA Therapist. They’re also parents, teachers, trainers, facilitators, counselors, researchers, and advocates-a team. They excel at delivering effective behavior therapy and parent support. Our bilingual (and sometimes trilingual) therapists are fully trained in Applied Behavior Analysis, Verbal Behavior, in-home and in-school intensive therapy, and parent support. We all share a passionate dedication to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and to the families we serve.
Who better to be therapists for their child, if not the parent themselves?
Every time we begin, we perform a thorough initial assessment. Then we start a series of therapeutic sessions provided by our trained and experienced therapist.
At the same time, it’s essential that we develop an alliance between our clinicians and parents or caregivers. Our preference is always to deliver our interventions in the child’s familiar surroundings—in the home. Also, the ABA process requires continual reinforcement. That’s why we train parents and encourage them to be part of treatment right from the first session, so they can become proficient in the interventions we deliver.
Our team members are chosen for their enthusiasm, energy, integrity, innovation and tangential thinking. They are BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts), BCaBAs (Board Certified assistant Behavior Analysts), RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), LMHCs (Licensed Mental Health Counselors), RMHCs (Registered Mental Health Counselors), interns, and Master’s-level/ Doctoral-level clinical psychologists. Whatever credentials they hold, though, our staff work diligently in collaboration with other professionals to provide exceptionally positive outcomes.
