VoyageMIA Interview to Our Founder:
As a child I was well attuned to other’s feelings and was absorbed to hear about others’ stories and to listen to how people overcame their struggles. They called me la “vieja nina” (old child in Spanish) for a reason. I always liked hearing about the challenges and people could become resilient and learn ways to cope with their challenges. This is why I decided to switch my major in college from pre-med to psychology, specifically, concentrate on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
